It expressed " some doubt " whether " Bridge v Bridge " had been correctly decided when it said that vesting of property in one trustee among many was sufficient, but then distinguished the case on technical grounds.

The Water Supply Enactment seeks to make provisions for the supply of water in the State and the Penang Water Authority ( Successor Company ) Enactment 1998 provides for the vesting of property, rights and liabilities of the PWA in a company to be formed.
